  • Pre-order: Items currently out of stock but expected to be in stock around the stated dispatch date.
  • Product(s): Items listed on our website, including extended warranties.
  • Warranty Period: The period during which a customer's goods are covered under Good4Health's Standard or Extended Warranty.
  • We/Our/Us/Company: Good4Health (ABN: 32 673 606 909).

2.2 References to one gender include all genders; singular includes plural; references to statutes include any modifications; and references to persons include all associations and bodies.

4. PRICING

4.1 All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

4.2 Prices may change without notice. Once you confirm an order, the price for the items in that order is fixed.

4.3 By placing an order, you agree to pay the applicable delivery cost as calculated during the checkout process or by a team member.

5. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

5.1 Product specifications and features are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Dimensions and weights identified on the website are approximate.

6. ORDERS

6.1 Placing an order signifies your agreement to purchase the selected goods based on this Agreement.

6.2 Orders can be placed by:

  • Completing the checkout process on our website.
  • Placing an order over the phone.
  • Placing an order by email.
  • Completing an order form in our stores.

6.3 Your order is deemed received when we send you an order confirmation to the provided email address.

6.4 It's your responsibility to provide correct contact details and regularly check for our correspondence.

6.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before goods have been dispatched.

6.6 We may alter product specifications without notice in the interest of product improvement.

6.7 If an order cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient stock, we will offer options such as delivery when back in stock, an alternative product, or a full refund.

6.8 We reserve the right to refuse any sale.

7. PAYMENT

7.1 We accept payment via direct deposit, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay, and cash on delivery. Finance options may be available through third-party providers.

7.2 Payments are processed immediately upon placing an order. If payment is not received, we may contact you to process the transaction.

7.3 When using third-party financing platforms, it's the customer's responsibility to understand their terms and conditions.

7.4 We may use third-party collection agencies to collect fees and charges, including delivery and restocking fees.

8. WARRANTIES

Standard and Extended Warranties

8.1 Good4Health products are automatically covered by a comprehensive warranty. The standard warranty applies only to consumer purchases and does not cover products purchased for commercial use. Please contact us for commercial warranty options.

Warranty Coverage

8.2 During the warranty period, we warrant that our products, under normal usage, will be fit for their intended purpose, free from faulty workmanship and material defects, safe, and durable.

8.3 The warranty does not cover damage arising from:

  • Abuse, inappropriate placement, or abnormal use.
  • Consequential or indirect loss.
  • Products modified by the customer or not properly maintained.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage to delivery packaging only.
  • Incorrect installation by the customer.
  • Events such as floods, fire, or accidents.
  • Insignificant variations in advertised color, finish, or dimensions.

8.4 Our liability under the warranty is to provide replacement parts, repair, or replace any product or part at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe.

8.5 Our product guarantees cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a major failure occurs, the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement.

8.6 A major failure includes circumstances where:

  • The customer wouldn't have purchased the goods had they known about the failure.
  • The goods differ significantly from their description.
  • The goods are substantially unfit for their purpose.
  • The goods are unsafe.

8.7 Services requested outside the warranty period may incur fees.

8.8 Customers must assist with warranty claims by providing details, proof of purchase, and any requested information.

8.9 The warranty period begins on the date of receipt. If no receipt is available, it's assumed to be three days after dispatch.

8.10 Warranties cannot be transferred to another person or product.

9. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

9.1 The guarantee period may be extended through special offers as advertised.

9.2 Our money-back offer is a voluntary policy in addition to statutory rights. Returns must be in original condition without damage or alterations.

9.3 The guarantee period starts from the date of receipt. If no receipt is available, it's assumed to be three days after dispatch.

9.4 Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item's final selling price.

9.5 Refunds under the money-back offer are limited to the purchase price of the product. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

9.6 Return shipping must be paid by the customer. We can advise on cost-effective return methods.

9.7 To arrange a return, email info@good4health.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

10. SERVICE AND REPAIRS

10.1 To request a service or repair:

  1. Complete the form in the "Contact Us" section of our Website and fill in all fields; or
  2. Email us at info@good4health.com.au.

10.2 Your request must include the serial number of the product, a photo of your product, and a valid invoice. Requests may be delayed if information is incomplete.

10.3 If you do not provide proof of purchase, your product will be deemed out of warranty, and a service fee will apply.

10.4 Our service team are experts in handling our own range of products. If you purchased a product through our website, please lodge the service request with us directly. If purchased from another vendor, contact them for service.

10.5 COVID-19 Disclaimer: We pride ourselves on offering top-tier after-sales service. Our service & repair process remains unaffected by current government announcements in Australia. However, our warehouse and service team are based in Brisbane. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we appreciate your patience if delivery or repair timelines are impacted. We're all in this together.

11. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

11.1 Customers acknowledge that in rare instances, goods may arrive damaged or faulty due to transit or other factors.

11.2 If a product is delivered with a fault or damage, we will repair, replace, or provide spare parts in accordance with our Standard or Extended Warranty.

11.3 We may require photo or video evidence of the fault or damage to be sent to info@good4health.com.au for assessment.

11.4 We reserve the right to determine whether the goods are considered faulty or damaged. Minor differences in finish or color, or damage to packaging only, are not considered faults. Color discrepancies due to screen differences are not covered.

11.5 If a product returned is found to be in working condition, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred during the inspection or return process.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

12.1 Refunds will not be provided where the customer has simply changed their mind or no longer requires the product.

12.2 While many customers report positive experiences with our products in alleviating health conditions such as back pain or stress, Good4Health makes no medical guarantees. Purchases made for health reasons that do not yield the desired results are considered a change of mind.

12.3 Our staff are not trained medical professionals. Please consult your medical provider before purchasing if you have specific health concerns.

12.4 Customers must follow all return instructions provided by our team.

12.5 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods. For items over $75, a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

13. SHIPPING POLICY

13.1 We are not liable for delays in shipping and cannot offer refunds for products or delivery costs due to such delays.

13.2 If goods are damaged during transit by a third-party carrier, customers may contact Good4Health to assist.

13.3 Delivery timeframes on our website are estimates only.

13.4 We do not ship products to PO Boxes.

13.5 Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon signing for the delivery.

13.6 If you authorize delivery without a signature, insurance is void once the item is left as per instructions.

13.7 Deliveries are scheduled Monday–Friday during business hours unless otherwise arranged.

13.8 Orders canceled after dispatch are subject to our discretion. The customer bears the cost of return and redirection.

13.9 Third-party deliveries are to the front door or garage at ground level. They do not include assembly, unpacking, or transportation inside the property. Customers must handle internal transport of the goods themselves.

14. LEGAL

Intellectual Property

14.1 All intellectual property found in any material on our website or marketing material is the property of Good4Health.

14.2 No material may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without our written consent.

Indemnity

14.3 You agree to indemnify Good4Health from any claims, costs, or losses incurred in relation to your use of the website or products in ways not in accordance with product instructions or specifications.

Liability

14.4 To the extent permitted by law, Good4Health is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, contracts, or data resulting from the purchase or use of our products and services.

14.5 Nothing in this clause limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
