1. Refunds and Returns
1.1 Refunds will not be provided in instances where a customer has changed their mind about the purchase or no longer requires the product.
1.2 If a customer purchases a product to alleviate a particular health concern and the product does not achieve the desired outcome, the customer understands that it is not the responsibility of Good4Health to offer a refund or exchange. This is considered a change of mind.
1.3 Team members employed by Good4Health are not trained medical professionals. Any advice provided regarding a particular health concern should be verified with your medical practitioner prior to purchasing.
1.4 Customers must comply with all directions from our team to facilitate the return of a product.
1.5 All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds will not be processed for requests made after this period.
1.6 If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
